Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using any services offered by Heritage Estate Settlers, Corp (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By hiring us, paying an invoice, or using our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
Heritage Estate Settlers, Corp provides estate cleanouts, downsizing assistance, move coordination, staging, organization, vendor coordination, donation management, and related services. All services will be outlined in a written proposal or service agreement before work begins.

2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on information provided by the Client and may change if the scope changes. Final invoices reflect actual time, labor, materials, and third-party costs. Payment is due as stated in the invoice or agreement.

3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to schedule services. Remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the date of project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, the Company may retain deposits or charge a cancellation fee to cover lost time and scheduling impact.

5. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
• Provide safe access to the property.
• Identify items of high value, legal restrictions, or sentimental significance.
• Be available for decisions or designate an authorized decision-maker.
• Ensure utilities and lighting are available for work.

The Company is not responsible for items that were not identified as valuable or sentimental at the start of the project.
6. Vendor & Third-Party Services
We may coordinate with movers, auction houses, cleaners, donation centers, or other vendors. These third parties operate independently and are responsible for their own work, pricing, insurance, and liabilities. The Company is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party vendors.

7. Donations, Disposal & Sales
Client authorizes Heritage Estate Settlers, Corp to donate, recycle, dispose of, or arrange sale of items as agreed. Donation receipts will be provided when available from charitable organizations.

8. Liability & LimitsWhile we take great care with Client property, the Company is not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Fragile, deteriorating, or unstable items
• Items disposed of or donated under Client authorization
• Losses caused by third-party vendors
• Environmental hazards, pests, or unsafe conditions

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services in question.
9. Photographs
The Company may take before-and-after photos for documentation and safety. With written permission, photos may be used for marketing purposes. No images will be used without Client approval.

10. Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of personal information and details of the Client’s project. Photos, documents, and information will never be shared without permission.

11. Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our control (weather, illness, natural events, vendor delays, etc.).

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in Palm Beach County unless otherwise required by law.

13. Acceptance of TermsBy booking services, signing an agreement, paying an invoice, or using our services, the Client acknowledges they have read and agree to these Terms.
